A night full of emotion at Piazzale del Soccorso: the grand final of Miss Ischia 2025 (Sunday, September 14, Forio) crowned Elisabet Viktoria Ruzhyla, 19 years old. Also on the podium: Francesca Patalano, 22 (second place) and Marcella Savio, 17 (third place). An elegant, well-attended evening, with a warm audience and precise direction that highlighted people and the territory.

The idea, the organization, and the support of the institutions
Miss Ischia 2025 was born from an idea and the vision of Luigi Cacciapuoti, patron of "Ischia Sorgente di Bellezza", who entrusted the organization to Alberto Spina and his team at "Seratissime Eventi Agency". A special thanks was addressed to the Mayor of Forio, Stani Verde, and the entire administration of the Municipality of Forio for their support and warm welcome of this project. The production team, led by Silvana Riccio, Nancy D’Anna, Antonio Chioccarelli, Luigi Scotto, and Francesco Migliaccio, worked tirelessly to ensure the success of the event.
The Piazzale del Soccorso, with its sea view and the charming white church, welcomed the audience and guests, transforming into a stage that highlighted the beauty of the territory and the magic of the evening.
How the evening unfolded
Between fashion walks, on-stage Q&A and show moments, the finalists displayed poise, stage presence and personality. Host Magda Mancuso led the timing with elegance, while the jury rewarded consistency, style and stagecraft.
The setting of Piazzale del Soccorso did the rest: lights, the sea and the white church made every photo a small story of the island. The event hosted over 700 people, including seated guests and spectators standing beyond the barriers, in a festive and respectful atmosphere. Local and national media were in attendance, following the event closely and helping to spread its echo beyond the island.
The evening took place with maximum safety, thanks to a team of professional security managing entrances and flows, ensuring order and peace of mind for the audience and contestants. The organization took care of every detail: from stage lighting to technical setups, musical direction and backstage areas for makeup artists and hair stylists. The result was an elegant, seamless show that successfully combined fashion, entertainment and promotion of the territory.
What made the final even more special was the audience’s involvement, enthusiastically applauding each walk, and the presence of guests and institutional figures who emphasized the cultural and tourism importance of Miss Ischia for the entire community.
