Mud Mask combines purifying and revitalising benefits in a single facial treatment. Designed particularly for combination or oily skin, it helps absorb excess sebum and remove surface impurities, leaving the complexion feeling fresher and thoroughly cleansed.

In just a few minutes, the skin looks clearer and more radiant, while visible signs of tiredness and stress appear softened. The mineral base also provides a gentle smoothing action as the mask is rinsed away, leaving the complexion looking more even, refined and refreshed.

The main purifying ingredient is Solum Fullonum, also known as Fuller's Earth: an absorbent cosmetic clay that helps bind excess oil and substances deposited on the skin’s surface. The formula does not contain exfoliating acids or abrasive scrub particles.

The clay is balanced by Ischia Thermal Water, Glycerin, Organic Aloe Vera and Biotech Hyaluronic Acid, which help maintain moisture and reduce the overly dry or tight feeling that can sometimes follow a purifying treatment.

Organic Chamomile Extract contributes soothing and softening cosmetic properties, while Jojoba Oil provides an emollient action. Once the mask has been rinsed away, the skin feels clean, mattified and ready for toner, serum and moisturiser.

Who it is suitable for

It is primarily recommended for combination or oily skin affected by shine, excess sebum, surface impurities or uneven-looking texture. It may be applied over the entire face or only to the T-zone, covering the forehead, nose and chin.

Dry, highly sensitive or redness-prone skin may find the clay too absorbent. In these cases, choose a dedicated moisturizing or soothing mask, or apply this product only to oilier areas and shorten the application time.

How to use

1. Cleanse the face thoroughly and pat it dry gently.
2. Dispense the required amount of product using clean hands.
3. Apply a thin, even layer over the face or only to the T-zone.
4. Avoid the eye contour, lash line, lips and mucous membranes.
5. Leave on for approximately 10 minutes as the mask gradually dries.
6. Do not extend the application time if the skin begins to feel excessively tight.
7. Moisten the mask and remove it gently with lukewarm water.
8. Avoid rubbing the skin vigorously while rinsing.
9. Pat the face dry and apply a thermal water toner.
10. Follow with a serum and a moisturizing or nourishing cream.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes, lash line, lips and mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not apply to cuts, abrasions, sunburn, severely irritated skin or areas affected by an acute skin reaction.

Remove the mask before the recommended time if intense burning, itching or excessive tightness occurs. The formula contains fragrance, Benzyl Alcohol and Limonene. Sensitive skin should perform a patch test on a small area before regular use.

How to use it in your skincare routine

Use the mask after cleansing and before toner, serum and moisturiser. Begin by applying it once a week, increasing the frequency only if the skin tolerates it well and continues to experience excess oil.

On the day of application, avoid facial scrubs, cleansing brushes, retinoids, exfoliating toners and high-strength acids. Combining several smoothing or purifying treatments in the same routine may increase dryness and sensitivity.

After rinsing, apply a hydrating toner without rubbing, followed by a humectant serum and a moisturiser suited to your skin type. On combination skin, use a lighter amount of cream over the T-zone and slightly more on drier areas.
